技術(shù)文章簡單介紹下如何進(jìn)行滑觸線的維護(hù)與保養(yǎng)
更新時(shí)間：2021-09-22 點(diǎn)擊次數(shù)：1690次1、 電刷： 應(yīng)根據(jù)移動(dòng)用電設(shè)備使用情況每1—3個(gè)月檢查一次。重點(diǎn)檢查集電器電刷的磨損情況，若磨損量≥5mm時(shí)，必須更換。檢查時(shí)若發(fā)現(xiàn)電刷松動(dòng)或發(fā)生磨損偏斜時(shí)，應(yīng)查明原因，及時(shí)處理。

2、 集電器：至少每季度檢查一次。重點(diǎn)檢查緊固件有無松動(dòng)、移位及塑料件和活動(dòng)件磨損情況，檢查彈簧拉力（集電器電刷與導(dǎo)軌的接觸壓力應(yīng)保持一定壓力（見下表）。發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時(shí)處理。

3、 連接件：至少每年檢查一次。重點(diǎn)檢查緊固螺栓、焊縫及支撐件是否松動(dòng)、銹蝕、移位等，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，及時(shí)處理。

4、 日常檢查：重點(diǎn)檢查軌道的平直度有無明顯偏差（大于20mm）、錯(cuò)位，絕緣保護(hù)件有無脫落、斷裂、破損，不銹鋼“v"型槽有無翹起；軌道上有無異物及導(dǎo)電粉塵等。必要時(shí)應(yīng)檢測其絕緣電阻是否符合要求（相間絕緣電阻應(yīng)≥5MΩ）。
